SPONSOR AISD’S BACK TO SCHOOL BASH

We invite you to join Austin Independent School District and the City of Austin as an event sponsor for our 16th annual Back to School Bash and Safety Fair, which will be held on August 7, 2021 at the Palmer Events Center.

More than 100 community organizations and district departments will offer exhibits for Austin ISD families to learn about the services and programs that can help students enjoy a safe and successful school year. Austin ISD students will receive free health screenings, backpacks filled with school supplies and much more.It truly takes the whole community to ensure that our students get off to a safe and productive start, so we are thrilled to host this community-focused event in-person again this year. We are expecting over 10,000 people in attendance to learn about resources and to celebrate the start of the school year with us.

Your contribution will assist Austin ISD to provide backpacks and school supplies to the students who attend this year’s event. Sponsor levels are listed below.

Austin Ed Fund may designate a portion of your gift (up to 5 percent) to enhance its continued capacity and further outreach efforts to increase visibility and public awareness of its mission to inspire the community to invest in Austin ISD.

Community Sponsor $1,000

  • Recognition on all event collateral (print, invite, signage, press release, website)
  • Booth space at the event

Partner Sponsor $5,000

  • All of the above benefits
  • Featured recognition as a Partner Sponsor for the event on social media platforms
  • Special recognition and opportunity to be featured on Austin ISD’s two educational programs; Breaking Down the Barriers (English) and Educa Austin (Spanish)
  • Preferred booth placement at the event
